SOLUTION:
This is a rare occurrence; however, we have had a tiny percentage of users who have had the same issue with legacy versions.
It appears to be that installed antivirus software is falsely detecting issues with our older and not supported versions of our software.
Disable your antivirus software momentarily, install nQuery+nTerim and then re-activate your anti-virus and the software should install with no issues.
