PROBLEM:
You wish to make sure your version of nQuery is the most up to date version available.
DESCRIPTION:
If there is an update available, upon opening nQuery a pop up window will advise you of this and ask if you wish to update now. Follow the prompts to update.
Manual Update: You can also manually check for updates in nQuery. Please see below.
SOLUTION:
1. To manually update go to Help -> Check for Updates
2. Follow the on screen prompts to update.
Note - If your firewall prevents this from running, you can log into your online account to access the latest version to download. Alternatively you, can contact support@statsols.com or your account manager.
