SOLUTION:
This is a rare occurrence and a false alarm from your antivirus.
To solve this, momentarily disable your antivirus software, install nQuery and then re-activate your anti-virus and the software should install with no issues.
It may be advisable if possible to allow an exception to your anti-virus software thus allowing the software to install. Please contact your I.T department for assistance with this.
